When my boyfriend asked me to marry him, I was beyond excited. I had been waiting for this day ever since I was a little girl, and I knew without a doubt he was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. We started making wedding plans immediately because neither one of us wanted a long engagement. Actually, neither one of us wanted a huge wedding either. We decided that we were going to rent a Toronto party bus for our big day, and center everything around that.
First, the party bus picked our parents, siblings and a few close friends up. We were already at a small park where our pastor was going to perform the ceremony. We wanted the party bus to bring them because we didn’t want anyone to have to worry about driving to the park then to the restaurant and then to my sister’s farm, where we were all going to celebrate our wedding in style. We figured it would be easier if everyone just stayed together, with the exception of the two of us going to the park with our pastor about an hour before everyone else arrived.
The reason we wanted a party bus is because they come in all kinds of different sizes. We wanted one that would hold 30 of us comfortably. That was better than renting two stretch limos because we could all be together, plus it was a lot roomier as well. The seats were comfortable, there was plenty of leg room, and there was a bar where we could all have a few celebratory toasts to celebrate such a special day. It was nice to not have to worry about a lot of details, and being together for the entire day is what made it even more special for the two of us.
